Screen reader and printer friendly versions of Jukebox v2 released!

This is the final (planned) addition for the Jukebox v2 PDF!

Screen reader and printer-friendly version

The significant addition is the screen reader and printer-friendly version for both the rulebook and playsets.

This version is a completely black-and-white version with no graphical elements and only the functional images included. It's meant to save you on ink if you plan to print the game for quick reference. It's also built to work with screen readers. The PDFs are tagged, include alt text, and have passed Word's Accessibility Checker. I checked that the tags and table navigation were working as expected with Mac's VoiceOver screen reader.

Minor fixes

Jukebox was recently sent off to the printers, and in doing so, I caught a few very small typos and errors (things like small caps not applied to a table header). The changes were small and non-game affecting.
